It all starts with your nutrition and hydration!
Remove dead skin cells allowing for skin turnover. You can use a dry brush, a strong loofah, or even a DIY coffee/sugar/ coconut oil combo.
The moisturizer will capture the moisture already on the skin post-shower and hydrate your skin even further. Hollywood-glow skin, here we go!
On the beach, on a run, or exposing your body for long periods of time to the sun-- don't forget your SPF. We want it for it's anti-aging benefits, but we need it for the cancer-protecting properties as well.
I love lathering on a yummy, decadent scenting body butter. However, I save the creams with heavy fragrances for occasional going outs. On the daily, I suggest using a fragrance free lotion to not dry out the skin and risk irritations.
An occasional check-up to the dermatologist is important (especially if you also live in a warm climate/ high UV exposed environment). The doctor will check any moles, beauty marks, sunspots to make sure nothing cancerous is present. It is a great opportunity to ask questions, see if your skin need's are being met, and be curious about how your skin (aka the largest organ we have) works.
