Allow yourself to quiet your mind for a few minutes daily. Meditating brings clarity, calmness, and a sense of liberation from inner turmoil. We take time to check in, to breath, to let go of worries. It is a tool that provides benefits in the moment, and for the rest of the day.
Similarly to a muscle, we need to practice and build our meditation endurance. Begin with five minutes, then work your way to longer meditations. A sweet spot is 20 minutes daily. In no time, you will be able to calm and recenter even when you are not meditating. It is an empowering tool for all of us.
