Whether that is to read Life Reset Guide, listen to health-professional podcasts, or read scientific studies.... seeking knowledge is an important part of changing a habit. It allows you to deeply understand what is happening, and makes a strong case as to what, why, and how you should adapt.
Years ago, I read a book that changed my life. While it is a business book, I found that the lesson applied even to my personal life. "Start With Why" by Simon Sinek. By first focusing on our why, and have it be convincing enough, the rest falls into place. With a why, we can create a game plan for the life, or goals, that need to be achieved in order to pursue our true driving force.
Change is simple, but it is not easy. Our old ways will keep on crawling in until we become intentional about replacing those behaviors with other ones. Tools like the habit tracker, having a mentor, and stay focused on your strong "why" are the keys to your success.
If what you do isn't for yourself, for how bad you want to discover your happiest, healthiest version of you, then don't even try. A Life Reset is first and foremost centered around self-love, acceptance, and wanting to feel good: mentally, physically, and within ourselves.
