Grocery shopping is where it all begins with. The choices made at the supermarket can help us achieve our goals or make it difficult.
To simplify things, I've made a printable grocery list to take with you at the store. Buy what you loved/ need, and omit the rest. You do not have to buy it all. Use it as a guide to help you navigate the grocery store and fill your fridge with foods that are healthy, easy to cook, and can be paired in many ways to avoid waste-- both of food and of money!
